Our kitchen is fully loaded with a washer / dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, toaster & microwave as well as plenty of plates, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Instructions for all of the appliances are situated in the cupboard above the microwave if required.

There will be a supply of washing and dishwasher tabs available for your use.

The electric fire can be operated from the remote control and has two temperature options.

Please ensure you switch it off if not occupying the lodge.

The central heating system is operated from the boiler which is situated in the en-suite shower room.

There is an on/off button to operate the central heating and hot water and individual buttons if you only require the hot water.

The 43 inch TV comes with Freeview and there is also a Wi-fi router for your use.

There is an integrated Bluetooth speaker system installed in the ceiling of the lodge in the kitchen/lounge area.

The power source/switch for this is located on the lower wall right of the dining table. (It may already be on) Switch on your Bluetooth device to connect.

In the hallway storage cupboard, you will find an iron and ironing board. If using, please ensure the iron is switched off and cool after use before storing.

Our lovely extended deck area includes a rattan seating/dining set plus luxury cushioned seating and large adjustable parasol.

Cushions for this can be found in the wardrobe of the second bedroom.

Please ensure that the cushions are brought inside during inclement weather and when you depart after your stay the unit is fully closed-up and pushed into the corner of the decking area.
